The clarity website is a trusted site with a Thawte SSL certificate installed. From the moment you log on to the clarity website, your journey throughout the website will be within a secure environment to ensure that any personal information is protected.

Your username will be your email address for whatever email account you registered with.
If you have forgotten your password, please click here to have a new password emailed to you. You can also access this facility from the login box in the top right hand corner of the clarity website.
Please note that the password is case sensitive, so you may want to check if the CAPS LOCK is on or off on your keyboard.

Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, so that you can view pdfs. If you do not have the most recent version you can download it here.  Download Adobe Acrobat Reader
If you having trouble getting one or all of the your forms from the cart using the 'Download All' Button, this may be due to the security settings on your internet browser which can restrict documents that open in new windows such as Pop-ups.
A quick solution is to hold down the control [CTRL] button on your keyboard as you click 'Download All', this should automatically allow the pdf files to open in a new window.
A more long-term solution is to alter the Pop-up blocker settings on your browser to allow new windows to open when you are browsing the clarity website.
You can do this in Microsoft Internet Explorer by going to Tools - Pop-up Blocker - Pop-up Blocker Settings, then add www.clarityglobal.com to the list of websites where you allow Pop-ups. Other Pop-up options are also available in this area.
For Mozilla Firefox users, similar Pop-up options can be found by going to Tools - Options - Content - Allowed Sites. If you are using a different browser and cannot locate the appropriate area to alter your Pop-up settings, you should be able to get details from your browser's Help function.
Please be aware that allowing Pop-ups does in part decrease the security functions of your browser.
There are alternative ways to download the forms. By clicking on the name of the form you can download each form separately.
Another option is to download the forms directly to your computer hard drive. If you right click on the form name, and choose Save Target as... you can choose a location on your computer to save the form, and then open it directly from that location like any other file.
Please be careful if you plan to store forms locally on your computer hard drive for future use, as these forms are updated from time to time. You should always check the clarity website for the most recent documents.

Registered users can monitor their holdings with Cofunds and FundsNetwork via our online valuation service. To access your valuation information you will need to enter your individual login and update your profile with your Cofunds or FundsNetwork reference number. Please note that the valuation information may take up to 24 hours to become available once you have added your reference number to your profile.
