About online valuations
What are the latest developments?
We now have an iPhone application clarityAPP for viewing your valuations, transaction history, news articles and best rates. clarityAPP can be downloaded from the App Store.
You can download the clarityAPP from the iTunes store on your iPhone and/or on your computer. Please note that you will need to download iTunes on your PC before you can access the iTunes store.
How does the online valuation work?
This facility allows clients to view their ISA/PEP/Investment Funds & SIPP holdings with Cofunds, including Cofunds only James Hay SIPPs, and FundsNetwork.
Please note that we don't currently receive the cash information from James Hay. If you wish to view an online valuation of your Cash Account or other non-Cofunds holdings within your SIPP you can register directly with James Hay.

What should I do if I can't see my valuations?
You will only be able to view your online consolidated valuations if you have added your reference number to Your Profile. Please ensure that you are logged in using your individual username and password, otherwise you will be unable to access or update your profile. Your Cofunds, James Hay and FundsNetwork reference numbers can be found on your last statement and can be added to your profile. If you have any problems obtaining a reference number, then please contact our Administration Centre on 0870 242 2043 or email enquiries@clarityglobal.com Please note that when you add your reference number to your profile, it may initially take up to 24 hours for your valuation information to become available.

What should I do if I would like to use FundsNetwork?

How can I view my valuation with ISIN fund codes displayed?
The link 'Click here to view your valuation with ISIN code' is located above the last paragraph on the valuation page. Using this link you can switch between viewing your valuation with or without the ISIN fund codes displayed.

How can I view my spouse/partner or child's valuation on the clarity website?
Your spouse/partner or child would also need to be registered on the clarity website. They would then need to grant you permission to view their valuation through the following link 'Click here to view your permissions' located above your consolidated valuation on the valuation page. On this page you will be able to see who has granted you permission to view their valuation and also who you have granted permission to view your valuation. You can also access this page on the right hand menu under 'Online valuations', following the link 'Other valuations'.

Can I download my valuation?
You can download your valuation as an Excel spreadsheet or in a print friendly format. You are also able to download valuations for those who have granted you permission to view their valuations. Select the link 'Click here to view your permissions and to download your valuation' located above your valuation on the valuation page. You can also access this page on the right hand menu under 'Online valuations', following the link 'Other valuations'.
