The Invesco Perpetual Income & Growth fund aims to provide an above average level of income and long term capital growth through investment in UK equities. It is suitable for an investor who requires exposure to the UK equity market, who may require income, and who is prepared to accept an average level of investment risk.

The fund is managed by Ciaran Mallon, who has a fair degree of autonomy in the running of the fund, but he must liaise with a risk management team who review each stock position taken and assess the extent to which its inclusion increases or reduces the overall risk profile of the fund. This approach places great emphasis on stock specific research, with portfolio construction being carried out on a bottom-up basis.
