The Schroder Global Property Securities Fund invests in property securities on a global, diversified basis and is benchmark unconstrained. The objective of this fund is to maximise total returns by investing globally in real estate investment trusts and other types of property companies.

The fund is managed by Schroders, in conjunction with European Investors Incorporated (EII), a specialist global property securities manager. Jim Rehlaender is the managing director of EII and has had 22 years of property investment experience, including 14 years of property securities experience.

The portfolio will typically hold 50-70 stocks with a turnover at roughly 40-50% per annum. This fund is suitable for an investor who requires exposure to international property and is prepared to accept a moderate to adventurous level of investment risk.
